1. Service Delivery
ThinkWithAI provides digital products and services, including AI consulting, educational resources, and structured business frameworks. These are delivered through a combination of live calls, asynchronous support, and digital content.
2. Delivery Timelines
Digital products and memberships: Immediate access upon successful payment.
Consulting and AI setup services: Delivered according to the agreed timeline, typically starting within 3 business days of purchase.
Custom engagements: Timelines vary based on the scope and will be outlined during onboarding.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of our products and services, customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information during onboarding.
Attending scheduled calls and participating in the process.
Communicating any issues or questions in a timely manner.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Non-refundable services: Due to the nature of AI consulting and digital products, all sales are final.
Membership cancellations: Can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents further charges but does not issue refunds for the current billing period.
Consulting sessions: Can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the session without a refund.
5. Refund Policy
Refund Exceptions: Refunds may be issued in cases where ThinkWithAI is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues.
Membership Refunds: Not available once access is granted.

Customers receive email and async support throughout the engagement.
ThinkWithAI provides structured guidance to ensure you maximize the value of AI consulting.
Ongoing support is available through the ThinkWithAI Membership and Slack community.
